Complete PHIPA IT compliance for only $60 per month (includes online backup)

Through extensive research and feedback from our physician community we have developed the tools and expertise to help physicians meet privacy requirements from a technology perspective. This monthly package includes:

• Daily online backup to secure off-site data facility. Optional nightly anti-virus scan for an additional $10 per month
• An audit of all your PCs and network for a network of up to 5 PCs (additional PCs @ $5 / workstation per month). This audit is mapped against the OMA Privacy Toolkit requirements
• Applying security patches to operating systems
• Running extensive virus scan and cleanup
• Plan of action provided with recommendations to upgrade PCs as required (does not include costs that may be associated with new hardware or software)
• Re-configuring network routers or access points for optimal security
• A disaster recovery booklet with links to all major education and relevant PHIPA regulations (included are tools to help physicians and staff manage changes and emergencies).
