The right people: DM Link was created by physicians and qualified IT personnel who recognize that smaller medical providers have unique information technology needs. We have over five years of experience providing in-office IT support to physicians and their staff.

Understanding needs: Our business stemmed from the need to provide medical practitioners with a trusted source for IT solutions and support with a higher level of service and at better value than what is widely available.

Step-by-step approach: Most physicians are reluctant to implement an electronic medical record (EMR) system, which involves a significant change in practicing with unclear benefits. Using an incremental approach where IT benefits can be clearly realized over time is an approach we believe will lead to greater technology use and wider acceptance of EMR.

Product development: We use the input of medical providers to develop and test our products and services. We have deep insight into the needs of the medical community and the organizations that provide it with technologies and services.
