PC and network maintenance for ongoing compliance with privacy requirements (the same offering as our standard audit but paid for through 12 low payments over the year)
Includes:
- audit of office PCs and audit for 1 network of up to 5 PCs
- online backup with nightly virus scan as well as an education program and annual re-certification
- complete in-office audit of entire network and our clinically validated 10-step Implement Intervention process(Improved MD IT Security):
- Clean up viruses from all computers q Removal of peer-to-peer applications (e.g., Kazza, Microsoft Messenger)
- Configure browser security settingsq Update/install anti-virus for all computers
- Update all computers to the latest service pack level with all hot fixes q IT security education program for staff
- Install online backup system
- Two computer policies and procedures manuals (to help manage disasters and more efficiently manage your IT)
- Connect physical security devices to computers (cables, full-steel entrapments, etc.) OPTIONAL, additional cost
- Install an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) connected to billing/scheduling computer and server OPTIONAL, additional cost

Cancellation policy: Scheduled appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice or 1-hour billing applies.
Subscriptions: Automatically renewed unless cancellation requested within 15 days of renewal date. Monthly services may be cancelled at any time after the first 90 days with 30 days’ written notice.
What we support: Unless specified, plans include on-site support for operating system and software issues for a single PC including spyware, viruses, email and security issues. Support includes connected equipment.
What we do not support: Plans do not include support for medical billing and scheduling software, electronic medical records (EMR) or accounting/financial software. Support does not include hardware or hardware related issues. Support does not include purchase price of required software or hardware.
